Jodi Osborne
Hi, I'm Jodi. Doubtless Beauty had been a dream of my husband Mark and mine for many years . Originally both from Hawkes Bay and Kerikeri, it was while living and working in the UK we saw a need in the Doubtless Bay area for a professional Beauty Therapy business.
I graduated from the Joyce Blok Institute of Professional Beauty Therapy in 1998 with a Joyce Blok Diploma in Beauty Therapy and CIDESCO (Swiss) Diploma in Beauty Therapy, leaving shortly after for our big OE. We moved home to NZ in 2005, after spending six and a half years working abroad - Doubtless Beauty opened in January 2006.
I've always preferred the hands on aspect of Beauty Therapy and get a real buzz from combining great treatments, great products and great customer service and inspiring others to do the same. Being our first business, we have enjoyed learning from our customers their likes and dislikes and as such have changed enormously since opening, growing from just me with Alison and Carmen joining.
I am very proud to have such a talented team of therapists and look forward to welcoming you to Doubtless Beauty soon.

Hickford
Hi my name is Alison Hickford. I have been a Beauty Therapist since graduating from the New Zealand Institute of Electrolysis and Beauty Therapy in 2002 with a Beautician Diploma and CIBTAC Diploma. I have been part of the Doubtless Beauty team since April 2007. Previous to this I worked as a Therapist and managed two Beauty clinics in New Plymouth.
I love all aspects of Beauty Therapy and enjoy the challenge of adapting each treatment to each individual client and their needs. I believe this is a key feature of our uniqueness and professionalism at Doubtless Beauty. So whether you are having an eyebrow wax or one of our fantastic facials you know it has been tailored just for you and your requirements.
I am very proud to have won "Sothys Top Beauty Therapist in New Zealand" award for 2009/2010. I feel this shows my passion and commitment to providing the best skincare advice for all our clients. I am always happy to help with any advice to help you have the skin you will be proud of.

Berridge
Hello, my name is Carmen Berridge, and I have recently joined the Doubtless Beauty team as receptionist. My family moved to Doubtless Bay in 2004 and has enjoyed every moment living in this beautiful area. Other than amazing phone skills, I have a Bachelor of Physical Education from the University of Otago which I graduated from in 2008. After spending a year in the Far North working I decided to see part of the world and have recently returned from six months travelling and working in Canada and the USA.
I am very happy to be home and working in such a highly respected business within the Far North. Jodi and Alison are very passionate in their work and I am enjoying being able to share in the experience. I know you too, as a client, will enjoy the experience and ambience at Doubtless Beauty as soon as you walk through the door.

Kia Ora - my name is Kylee-Jane Matthews. Originally from Kaitaia, I recently returned back to the far north after many years away working nationally and internationally as a Spa Therapist.
Building a reputation as a talented therapist with a gift of healing hands, I have a wide knowledge within healing therapies and combine other modalities to give a unique treatment that is world class.
I am very blessed to be back in this beautiful part of the world and keen to share my skills and experiences at Doubtless Beauty with Jodi and the team.
